I’d like to share with you the work of Kit Cameo. Kit beautifully etches her artwork on glass that vary most often between pirate, fantasy, and gothic
themes.
Kit’s pirate bottles are inspired by both the pirates we all recognize from movies and the pirates from history. Her bottle titled “Blackbeard’s Rum”, pictured to the left, is inspired by the colors Blackbeard sailed under. One of my favorite bottles she sells is the Poison bottle. It’s meant to be worn around your neck by the leather strap wrapped around the top and is a great way to carry your drink around. I bought one for my husband a couple of years ago and it has been a great addition to his garb! Kit’s pirate bottles would be great as a part of a display in your home or as a more decorative way to serve rum at your next party.
