Accepted Payments
There are two available payment options on FaireTreasures.com: Stripe credit card processing, or Paypal processing. You do not have to have an account with either system to pay with your credit card. Both are safe, secure payment systems where I will never see your card information. Stripe now offers AfterPay as a Buy Now, Pay Later payment option to split your payment into four equal payments to pay over time. Etsy gift cards can only be used as payment on Faire Treasures Etsy shop.
Shipping
I ship orders by USPS with delivery confirmation. Clothing pieces are shipped in boxes to protect your pieces during shipping. Many items in my shop are Made to Order, so please be patient as your clothing is created. Once done, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number to the email address you ordered with. If there is an abnormal delay in shipping your item, I will contact you through the email you used during checkout. Please be sure to check your junk folder regularly, as many email systems send my emails to spam.
For customers within the USA, jewelry and accessories have First Class Mail as standard shipping, with upgraded shipping options available during checkout. Clothing items have Priority Mail as standard shipping, with upgraded shipping options available during checkout. All items are shipped with tracking and insurance.
I ship items internationally by First Class Mail as the standard shipping option, with upgraded shipping options available during checkout. International shipping will never be marked with “gift” on the customs form, and buyer is responsible for all import fees and taxes. All items have insurance and tracking through the USA. Depending on your location, tracking may function through your local postal system once it enters your country.
In the case of refused or unauthorized returns, I will contact you with an invoice for reshipment. Refunds for unauthorized returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Countries of Service
FaireTreasures.com orders are available to addresses within North America. While select items are not eligible to ship outside of North America, I can do Square Invoices for international orders excluding restricted items. Please send me a message through the contact form, and I will work with you to complete your purchase. Faire Treasures Etsy shop is set up for international shipping excluding select countries with restrictive shipping policies.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss exchanges or returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and must provide tracking information to me. You can use the contact form here at FaireTreasures.com to reach out to me, or for items purchased on Etsy, please use Etsy’s messaging system. Communications on Etsy orders must remain on Etsy’s system.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn item after contacting me no later than 14 days after delivery date for a refund minus the shipping costs, or for an exchange. Items must be returned to me within 30 days of original delivery, and buyer is responsible for purchasing both return shipping as well as shipping for an exchange. Refunds are given after I have received the item and completed an inspection. Worn or damaged returned items will not receive a full refund. Returned items must be sent with delivery confirmation, and items valued over $50 must be shipped with insurance as well.
Missing Orders
In the case of a package lost in transit, the buyer must participate in the search and insurance claim process to receive a refund. USA packages take at least four weeks of non delivery from shipping date to be considered lost, while international packages take at least six weeks of non delivery from shipping date to be considered lost. During high traffic times in the postal system, these time frames may be extended.
Privacy
The information collected for processing your order will never be sold or distributed to third parties. Your email address will only be used to contact you regarding your purchase, and if you choose to join our email newsletter, you will always have the option to opt out of the newsletter.
