A ruffled underskirt for Renaissance, Pirate, and Steampunk costuming made from solid black 100% Cotton. Add some body to your skirts by wearing this underneath, and provide a soft layer to wear against your skin. This petticoat has two tiers, with about 22 feet gathered into the bottom ruffle. This solid black cotton is light enough for layering, but also great as its own skirt!

This petticoat is a one size fits most item, sized by a braided cotton drawstring that is comfortable to wear beneath corsetry. At 36 inches in length, this skirt layers perfectly under the Ruffle and Renaissance skirts I have available in my shop.

Underskirt length measures 36 inches from waist to hem.
