The Circus Striped Black and White Longline corset is great for Gothic, Renaissance, Pirate, and Steampunk costuming. This corset has contrasting red ribbon laces that add a pop of color. Wear with a chemise, long skirt, and pixie skirt for a Renaissance faire outfit; layer over a dress for a Medieval or Fantasy look; wear with a shirt and layered pixie skirts for a Pirate style; or wear with a high-collared shirt and bustle skirt for a Steampunk look!

This corset is comfortable and supportive, with 20 flexible spiral steel stays, a one-inch wide steel busk with five antique brass tone swing hooks riveted on, and four flat steel stays to support the back grommets. The classic longline underbust corsets fit more closely along the ribcage and underbust than other styles, making these an excellent choice for people with narrow ribcages and classic “pear shaped” body types. Constructed with three layers of fabric: two inner layers of cotton twill, waist tape, and the polyester outer layer which is laminated to the middle layer of cotton. There are four garter loops (no straps included) attached at the bottom inner seam.

The classic longline style has a 4″ rib spring and 7″ hip spring, with hip lacing to adjust for more hip room. (This is the difference between the circumference of the ribcage or the hip measurement compared to the waist measurement of the corset when fully closed.) Our steel-boned corsets are intended to be worn with a one inch gap or more between the laces after cinching.
